Me And My Sneakers © is officially the first non store-affiliated sneaker blog of Sweden, in Swedish! The international sneaker scene is a cultural phenomenon that is at the least – blowing up worldwide, and Sweden is not the one to slack around. With two major stores, Sneakersnstuff and Caliroots, making way with international status, it is just a matter of time before recognitions knocks at our door.

So, in light of where we are headed, we agreed that time was due for Sweden to enlighten and delight our committed and dearly devoted sneakerheads with something of their own. We are well aware of the impact that the urban scene has had on the fashion industry and so the pie looks delicious from up here. In the good words of Dead Prez: our time is NOW!
Me And My Sneakers © will provide and deliver current news and events from all the seven seas, as well as reports on vintage models, reviews, interviews, general information and will set out to answer all types of inquires concerning sneakers. We are sneaker-hungry, creative and we are here on demand of the people, we are going to stir up the pot and serve it Swedish style!
In the most humble way imaginable:
“Heavy armed, insane and trigger-happy, we march into this sneaker jungle, determined to let everybody know, we are not to f**k with!”

The european sneaker game is in full expansion and the sneakers news displayed in french are pretty rare ,so it’s for this reason that we started in August 2006 LeSiteDeLaSneaker.com,a french blog which talks principally about the sneaker culture in Europa and Worldwide.

Updated several times per day, the crew composed by 2 Parisian guys (Romain and Oliv), and 2 frenchies based in Montreal (Pat and Nils).
We try to provide a global view of the sneaker scene, with many brands represented: from the youngest, like Cr8tive recreation, Alife, Greedy Genius or Nike SB to the oldest, like Nike,Jordan,Asics ,Reebok or adidas and many more.
Including a Paris Sneaker guide shop (in English soon), you have the opportunity to give your opinion on every shop.
Many features are also comin’ soon ,like the Montreal sneaker guide shop, LeSiteDeLaSneaker stickers, and some games to win sneakers via the newsletter.
Keep your eyes and your RSS Feed open to have more informations about this!
The Yacht Club was created with the mind set to toss out the notion that those with large feet aren’t allowed to wear the hottest shoe on the market, to break away from the generic garbage that has been pumped to us over the years. This website is for that sneaker afficianado that just happens to where 14’s and bigger.

We are not here to let you sit back and admire what others can get. We give you the opportunity to wear them yourself. So when you walk down the street and some cat wearing a size 9 thinking he’s fly with his ltd edititons you already know not only do you have those, but you will be the only one with them in your size. As a sneaker lover I know there is no better feeling than that. Not only that we also put you onto places where you can purchase quality and fashionable dress shoes as well.
What we do is find the best sneakers out and show you what retail store or online store to get them at. We have stores from LA to Sweden to Austrailia covered which also means that you will also be able to your hands on Euro only releases also. We find sneakers from Tier 0 Nikes to Vans, from Wallabees to Kenneth Coles. We keep you sexy. This a global movement people.
To help you with that we will keep you posted daily on everything thats big size related. Release dates, retail stores, and online stores that will be receiving those rare ones in your sizes. Carpe Calceamentum (seize the shoe)
SneakersBR starts at 2005 december as a personal blog and was upgraded last march to the first brazilian site about sneaker culture. The brazilian scene was pretty shy but has showed us many potential with recents exclusives launchings like the NIKE DUNK SB BRAZILIAN CUSTOM SERIES last year, the first brazilian sneaker culture event - called SneakersBR live!* - hosted by SneakersBR and Nike Brazil last april the 16th (with some history sneakers from Nike in expo) and local initiatives like the 1st commemorations for 25 years Air Force 1, with 10 street artists from Brazil making your own AF 1 graffiti custom*, and finally the first brazillian sneakers magazine called Sneaker Trip.

SneakersBR is a mini portal where brazilian sneaker heads (or just sneaker fans) will find the recent news from local and global scene, at BLOG section, the last brazilian launchs at “Heads Up!” section, a lot of pictures on “Rockin’ BR” and they’ll be able to make your own wish lists and share them with the fellas, for who knows receive an aid, on WISH LIST section.
The year of 2007 is very promising for the Brazilian sneaker scene: some pretty dope launchings are awaited and many others surprises co-signed by SneakersBR are foreseen. Some pretty interestind stores are being opened and the trend is that scene grows pretty fast.
SneakersBR is the place for brazilian sneaker fans (and everybody who understand a litte bit Portuguese, the brazilian oficial language - lol) to meet them, inform them, share some pics and ideas and show to the world that exists a Brazilian sneakers digital community, and to the world folow it what happens in brazilian sneaker head scene!
But people for every part in the world are welcome to see the pictures, send a mail and become a new fella!
The whole sneaker culture is growing and so is the community of sneaker customizers. While there are great forums for customizers a central place for news and new releases was missing. Customsnkr.com was created to fill this gap.

Instead of creating a single blog customsnkr.com is a multiblogging plattform that offers free blogs to customizers. Customizers can contribute to the “Community Blog”, show or sell their artwork in the “Latest Customs” section and share their knowledge in the “Customization Help” section besides having an own blog. Every blog comes with an integrated Flickr photogallery to display the latest customs of each designer.
mashKULTURE.net is based in Hungary and delivers information about sneaker and streetwear in both Hungarian and English.

The site’s initial reason for coming to be was so that Hungarian youth/street culture could have a sneaker/streetwear blog in their own language, as up til now, there was none. The reason for the English mirror is so that those from all over the world can visit, read articles, interviews, news about the scene in Hungary, since there is often news that pertains to the Hungarian sneaker/streetwear/street art culture on the site. Take care.
Thx for your review Mark. Fresh site!
In a few short months, Nice Kicks has become one of the most read sneaker news blogs on the Internet. Each day, Nice Kicks is giving their readers what they want - news and updates about some of their favorite sneakers including Air Jordans, Air Force Ones, Lebrons, and other up and coming brands like Greedy Genius.

The blog was started in April 2006 by a long time sneaker head. The goal of Nice Kicks was to make the site the first website any sneaker head would go to as soon as they got on a computer to find out the latest sneakers on upcoming releases or to read through the hundreds of pages full of history on Air Jordans and other sneaker brands.
One feature about Nice Kicks that has made it somewhat unique is that comments are allowed and encouraged. Alot of sites have forums in addition to their blogs, but Nice Kicks wants to hear what is on your mind immediately after you read one of their articles. “Say what you want and say what you mean - Nice Kicks doesn’t care what you say, as long as its clean.”

KixandtheCity.com is an “Online Magazine Dedicated to Sneaker Culture” that was founded 7 months ago by MaZe, a long time sneaker collector from NYC.

KATC specializes in providing timely, accurate, and hype free information. Besides the customary product updates and release dates, KATC provides an in depth look into the people behind sneaker culture, including the shops and the players that keep the culture progressing.

Comment from us:
Damn nice blog and even though it’s kinda young it is already one of the best places to get your daily dosage of sneaker news.

The site is run by two people in the New York area. Its a blog for all fashion related info including but not limited to sneakers, clothing, electronics, hiphop, etc.

It has been running for 2 months and is updated 5 times daily with great info and interesting stuff. The main motivation for it is to keep the scene going and to give all the people that always ask us about kicks and music informed. It is not only a blog but it is also a clothing brand. It doesnt only provide info on fashion but it supplies it as well.
