Sneakersociety.com is Thailand’s first sneaker website. It is live since May 2006. Thailand has a growing sneaker community and the crowd needed a place to hang out and get the latest informations about local release dates and sneaker related events.

Sneakersociety.com has a forum for sneakerheads besides the blog and even though its currently just in Thai people can get information about some of the hotspots to buy sneakers in Bangkok. Sneakersociety.com also hosts meetings of sneakerheads in downtown Bangkok and organizes other activities.
Artistic Sole is a customizing business in the DC area. A husband & wife team - A.S. has joined the forces of the local sneaker community in hopes of helping change the area’s sneaker game.

In doing so, Artistic Sole seeks to apply some of the hottest tattoo-inspired art in sneaker customization (being as though one of the owners is a tattoo artist). Though we seek to do custom tattoo-inspired sneakers, we can do almost anythin you want (that looks cool) … and even if your idea isn’t cool … we’ll make it cool! POINT BLANK!
Old School is the voice of mainstream street culture. In the pursuit to better understand the urban consumers wants and needs we’ve developed an urban collection of lifestyle apparel that fuses free form art with pop culture.

Our New York City based artists create each piece by hand using an array of mediums to ensure that the garment is unique. Old School is dedicated to art, lifestyle, and culture.
Thx for the review Brittany
Hi, I am the owner of the site. The site was started as a front door to my on-line store. I have been selling on ebay for a long time and finally decided to also have my own site.

Once the on-line store was established, then feedback from customers suggested that i add a site that offered the latest information on Jordan and Nike shoes. I also am an avid Jordan and Air Force One sneakerhead. Here you will find some of the latest information of Jordan, Air Force One, Dunk, and SB shoes. It offers killer wallpapers of upcoming releases and also has a nice section with sexy girls flaunting Jordans and other Nike shoes. Offers great information on release dates, etc…
Thx Waldo for your review

A void currently exists within sneaker culture, with many heads sharing in the view that there is a big gap between what they want and what they’re given.

From an actual shoe perspective, things are cool; it’s always been about keeping your ear to the ground, utilising your contacts and being first in line. In terms of the other ‘elements’, however, they’re neglected and somewhat lacking. Speak to any sneaker enthusiast and they’ll readily tell you what they want - regular news scoops, interviews with key players and in-depth information. In general, a more qualitative appreciation of sneaker culture is almost as sought-after as the shoes themselves.
Crooked Tongues aims to address the above issues by adopting a holistic approach. Being enthusiasts ourselves, we know only too well of the need to address sneaker culture from different angles and in ‘proper’ fashion. We’re also aware that the current online experience is staggered, with a little bit of information here, photos there and shoes somewhere else. Sometimes it feels like a treasure hunt! Our goal is to gather the various elements of value to the sneaker community and create a single online resource.
Quality is our number one priority and our philosophy is simple: if we’re not feeling something, it doesn’t go in the site, period! Given our backgrounds and love for sneaker culture, we’re confident that our decisions are representative of the sneaker community. We don’t want to rely solely on marketing blurb about how well we know you. At the end of the day, actions speak louder than words, so let’s get down to it…
Thx for the review Tookie!

mashKULTURE.net is based in Hungary and delivers information about sneaker and streetwear in both Hungarian and English.

The site’s initial reason for coming to be was so that Hungarian youth/street culture could have a sneaker/streetwear blog in their own language, as up til now, there was none. The reason for the English mirror is so that those from all over the world can visit, read articles, interviews, news about the scene in Hungary, since there is often news that pertains to the Hungarian sneaker/streetwear/street art culture on the site. Take care.
Thx for your review Mark. Fresh site!
