This forum is the meeting point of all french sneakerheads wether in France or living abroad. Much too often all the exclusives were left to the foreign, mostly american and asian forums and blogs, sneakers.fr is our chance to get a piece of the cake. The atmosphere on the forum is like no other I have experienced and is greatly responsible for my daily dose of good mood.
(thx for the review Sebastian)
We got some more reviews but they all say the same. Great forum and community for real sneaker addicts. France represent!
Sneaker and France? Don’t miss out on the sneakers.fr website. France and especially Paris has one of the most active sneaker movements in europe and this is their place online.

Some words from BBHewee:
This French website opened in early 2005, to satisfy the growing demands of French sneakerheads for their own sneaker community. It was created by longtime Niketalk member Aircharlo, with the help of CTers Mohamed and myself, BBHewee. What started small became soon a larger website, with news, blogs, videos, and obviously the re-designed forum. But towards the end of the year, an even larger website will open with archives, and other new ideas. Our notoriety grows, our collaborations with brands and stores are expanding, with events at Colette, and hopefully more to come. We get some exclusive info so it’s always worth a visit!
Comment from us:
We received a lot of reviews for this site. Fresh sneaker portal with loyal visitors and a lot of unique content. Time to learn French!
Sweden is really into sneakers. Caliroots is a very well designed sneaker store sporting a great selection of sneaker and streetwear brands.

Some words from Carl about Carliroots:
Great store located in Stokholm, Sweden. And on the Internet aswell!
They got a Nike SB Premium account, Vans Syndicate, Maad Foot, New Balance, Adidas, Supra and more. Right now they have some Marc Jacobs for Vans and the sweet Vans Surf collection. Everything with that Californian flavour!

Hawk & Hunter is pretty straight forward. One site, a lot of fresh sneakers and you can buy them.

Some words from the Hawk & Hunter Crew:
We stock some of the rarest and hard to find kicks from around the world, from Nike, Adidas, Puma and A Bathing Ape.
We aim to keep our prices low and provide you with the best sneaker service.
We have alot of projects in the pipe line that we are very excited about, watch this space!!!
verve-magazin is a refreshing new concept: magazine and marketplace for streetfashion-brands and sneakers.
It’s finally done and Verve is online!

Two years have passed since we set up the first ideas for our internet-magazine of visual inspiration. Two years of hard work and self progress. Issue No.1 is now the temporary essence of a verve we put into the project. With the contributing illustrators Stina Persson, who leads you into her edgy but elegant world of ink, watercolour and gouache and Tomek Sadurski, who gave the Denim Story a comic-style twist, we were lucky to collaborate with two highly creative artists. And that’s what verve-magazine.com is all about. It is a borderless platform for artists of fashion, photography, illustration, graphics and design.
But there is a plus for you the reader - the marketplace. This is a unique shopping area in each fashion editorial, where you can buy selected pieces from the shootings, directly online. So don’t hesitate to go shopping for exclusive items like Swear Shoes, Qwst, WK Interact, Wrangler or Lee.
Enjoy the following pages and find your own verve!

For a lot of people Niketalk (NT) is the best sneaker forum out there. Run by fans, for the fans… no profits are made from the site.

The site has been around since 1999 and is often the first to break news in the sneaker world. The amount of information, pictures, and posts make this site one of the best sneaker forums. Its the biggest memberwise and postwise. Over 8 million posts and over 50,000 members show how popular this site is. It was the earliest forum since Nikepark (rip).
Review from Christomo:
Dedicated to informing the public about Jordan and Nike brand shoes. In depth discussions and the latest updates. There are always new and exciting news that is posted up and updated daily. You’re able to show off your own collection. Gives you the freedom to talk off the topic of shoes with their General Forum. Widely used and has a good reputation for Nike and Jordan brand news.
Comment from us:
Niketalk has a very loyal fanbase. We received over 10 reviews of the site in the last 12 hours in which people for example claimed nikepark was bombed by nicaraguan terrorists and niketalk is “da bomb” run by nobody else than Nelson Mandela or Nelson C (pick one). Anyway they all agree Niketalk is THE place to be.
High Snobiety was started in March 2005 by David an economics student from Switzerland. It is not a pure sneaker blog but covers the hottest news from the sneaker scene besides a lot of information on other areas of urban gear. The news are updated several times every day and even though HS has that many updates you will find only quality stuff posted there.

The sneaker culture is closely connected with the streetwear and urban clothing scene and therefore this is a highly recommend daily read for every sneakerhead out there. David also covers some of the European events and High Snobiety has pretty often some exclusive news and pictures. The site offers a great mix of information, well written and often updated. That is what makes High Snobiety one of the best.
Some words from David:
Check out HighSnobiety in order to get the best news and selection of products in this game. The Mix has got to be right - features, interviews, shop reviews, brand collaborations and of course the daily feed of streetwear news - thats what you get at HighSnobiety! Get some snobucation!
What you can expect:
- A really good mix of sneaker, streetwear and street culture related news
- The news are updated several times a day
- David is pretty much rocking a one man shoe here which makes this blog more personal than others

Kookies travels a lot between the US and Hong Kong. He writes about his life and his passion, things that happen in the sneaker and streetwear scene.

Some words from Kookies:
kookies.net is a personal blog that incoporates the most updated news from all over the world, and specializing in the Asia region, kookies.net updates a lot about the Hong Kong & China market in terms of its trends, sneaker news. The blog also talks about the day to day life of its founder and for some odd reason many call him “kookies”.
