Sekure is now a well known designer in Australia. Growing up surrounded by a culture that didn’t encourage his art Sekure covertly practiced his works for years before being contracted to co-ordinate the interior design and painting of various basketball and hip-hop shops within Melbourne.

His work began with street art, web-graphics and custom signatures which enabled him to develop an attention to detail and patience which is required in the field of clothing customization. Being a dedicated collector of rare footwear Sekure has formed an appreciation of the importance of style, uniqueness and quality of finish that is required for a shoe to outlast current fashion and to surpass common trends or fads. This is why each design created is totally unique and thus you will own a one of a kind Sekure-D couture item. Untamed by theme or style Sekure blends graphics, symbols and text within an underlying current of street art to craft a design based on the ideas conveyed by you or inspiration sought elsewhere.

This blog is live since Feb 2006 and has info about The Brooklyn Circus (sneaker, street culture driven store/artist collective) and it’s journeys accross the world. Connecting the dot in the sneaker underworld.

(thx for the review Ouigi)
Banned has all sorts of skateboarding stuff and a legit Nike SB account, and they go for almost retail.

My boss Chris Nunez actually runs the site. I’m honestly not sure how long the site has been up but I think more than a few years. I believe the motivation for this site was to get skateboarding stuff to people in places where there isn’t a skate shop anywhere near by, they could just get it sent to them. I think the site is special because it sells everything for a little cheaper than most sites, especially SBs. We just recently started selling SBs online this year but have had the account in the store since 2002. We try and sell them at decent prices so that it’s fair for everyone and no one has to pay a ton like other sites.
(thx Bryan for your review)
Comment from us:
Keep it up guys. Cool review and props that you try to keep the prices fair.
This blog like the name says is all about Nike Skateboarding aka Nike SB but besides their focus on Skateshoes they also feature all sorts of other sneaker models.

Mark sent us this review of Nikeskateboarding.org
They have by far the fastest news on sneakers in all the leading blogs..they have posted numerous leaked out sample shoes which have then been posted on other blogs… Their sample shoes always result in hot topics in leading forums such as ISS, niketalk etc…
Its the same founder as their forum sidious…
Mr. Hawkins has sent us this review:
Nikesb.org has been around for just over a year now and has already established itself as a premier sneaker website for Nike SB fans and Non-SB fans alike. What sets NikeSB.org apart from other sneaker websites is the close community feeling that makes all feel welcomes. The layout of the site is also cutting edge and very easy to navigate, making it a freindly and attractive place for new members to browse and pick up new information.
Everyone who is into Dunks and other Nike SB models got to check this forum. The biggest Nike Skateboarding related community out there with a lot of fresh features like fake check sections, dunkpedia and much more.

Mark sent us this review:
This is the sickest sneakers forum, they have a good visual dunkpedia fake guide and a lot of info on sneakers especially on all SB kicks…The site was incorporated on the April 13th 2005 by sidious the founder of the site.
Thx to Kidoopz for this detailed review:
I’ve been on Nikeskateboarding.org almost as soon as it was launched by Sidious in around April 2005. Of course the site didn’t bear much fruit in the beginning, but when our community grew, so did the information that our site holds now. Even though it may seem that the site caters mostly to skateboarding and dunks, Nikeskateboarding.org is also deep within the borders of Jordans, Bapes, other Nike sneakers and clothing gear. Not to mention the people of the site love to help each other out within each forum and especially in the legit check forum. Also our Buyer feedback system gives the persons of the site almost the assurance that they will not be frauded. There is also a Hall of Shame Forum which lists almost every person whos frauded from either NSB.org or on any other sneaker forum and to keep buyers or sellers aware.. There are just so many things that make me proud to be apart of this site. Especially how closely knit everyone is, and how flaming another member is almost rare. We are just there for another, and this is why I actually enjoy going to the site.
Oh and not to mention our SB dunkitionary…Which lists every tidbit of information about the sneaker.. Including the release date, rareness at launch, the artist or collaborator.
Well I had just to give you guys the insight of the site i luv to check up on. You guys should check up on it some time..
5 friends got together to write about their interests on this blog. Urban culture stuff. Kicks, clothes, urban toys, music, etc.

Some words from Jupiter:
It is up since April 2006 and just a place to share our kicks pick ups. Which has now evovled to other interests also. Most sites are just shoe/clothes based. Ours has music bits also.
You’ll find pictures of our store as well as updated pictures of all new sneakers we get in.

The site is run by Mike Rios the Creative Director and its been up for about two years. The site was started to compliment the growing appeal of the store located on Walnut St. Center City, Philadelphia. The site is special because it is constantly updated and each time you visit, a picture of a different shoe is refreshed. Check it out!
